The Makita DUR189RT is the successor to DUR184L. It has an electronically controlled brushless motor which ensures outstanding efficiency and greatly reduces overheating. It also features Automatic Torque Drive Technology, allowing for RPM to be automatically shifted between 4,000 - 6,000 minˉ¹ according to density of weeds. This allows for better energy saving and lower noise levels.
